You are buying a digital pattern
Our products are downloadable crochet instructions and supporting files. You are not buying a finished blanket, toy, yarn, hook, or other physical item. Nothing is shipped. Each listing explains its language, included files, skill level, and project requirements.
You need a device that can download and open the listed file types, including a PDF reader for PDFs. Chart editing through a third-party service may require a separate account and is subject to that service’s terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the amount payable, including any applicable taxes or discounts, before you confirm payment. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion fees. Prices and promotions may change; your confirmed order keeps the price agreed at checkout.
Payment must be confirmed before paid downloads are released. If a payment fails or an order has a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the affected payment. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Your account and downloads
Provide an accurate email address and keep your login details secure. Your order downloads are available through My Account → Downloads after payment is confirmed. Save a backup of purchased files for your own use. Contact us with your order number if a link or file does not work.
Do not share your account or download links, attempt to bypass payment, or use the site to interfere with other customers or the service. Access may be restricted for misuse, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to an existing purchase.
Using the pattern
Buying a pattern gives you permission to use the files under the license stated in the listing or plan; it does not transfer copyright. You may keep personal backups and print copies for your own authorized use. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the pattern, charts, photographs, or download links.
Permission to sell finished handmade items follows the license in your product or plan description. Personal-use membership plans cover your own makes and gifts; commercial-use plans cover the uses described on the Plans page. Contact us before purchase if the permitted use is unclear.
Project size and results
Finished size and yarn use depend on yarn, hook, gauge, tension, and finishing. Follow the pattern’s gauge instructions and make a swatch before starting when size matters. Listing photos show the design and styling; your materials and technique can affect the finished appearance. If you find an unclear instruction or possible error, contact us for help.
Refunds and file problems
Our Refund Policy explains refunds for digital purchases and memberships. If you bought a pattern by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us. If a file will not open, is incomplete, or you were charged twice, email your order number and a brief explanation so we can fix the issue or arrange a refund under that policy.
A change of mind after downloading generally does not qualify for a refund. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Membership plans
If you buy a recurring membership, the selected plan and checkout state its price, billing period, pattern allowance, and permitted use. Recurring plans renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your plan from your membership account; cancellation takes effect according to the plan and Refund Policy.
Unused monthly pattern credits do not carry over unless the plan expressly says otherwise. Existing purchases and downloads remain subject to their licenses. Review the plan details before subscribing.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Payments, external chart tools, and linked websites may also have their own terms. We do not control those third-party services.
Problems, changes, and your rights
Please contact us first if there is a problem with your order so we can help. We aim to keep files and site information accurate and available, but may correct errors, update instructions, or temporarily interrupt the site for maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms for future use or purchases. The version accepted when you placed an order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
