CrochetPages (crochetpages.com) sells digital crochet patterns. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Your account: email address, the name you give us and a password (stored encrypted).
Your orders: what you bought, when, the price paid and the PayPal transaction reference. We never see or store your card number: PayPal handles the payment.
Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
Technical basics: your IP address and browser type in server logs, kept briefly for security.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart. Anything beyond that (such as statistics) is only set if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice there at any time.
Services we use
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from bots. Google Search Console shows us search statistics without identifying you. Order and account emails are sent by our email provider.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. Support emails are deleted once the question is settled, unless we need them for an order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is not meant for children under 16.
