Know what you’re getting.
Am I buying a finished item?
No. You are buying a digital PDF crochet pattern with instructions to make the item yourself. No finished item, yarn, tools or other materials are shipped.
How do I choose a pattern for my skill level?
Read the required stitches, construction and materials, not just the difficulty label. Check the finished size and the guidance listed for that pattern. Our choosing a pattern guide gives you a short checklist.
Are the terms, sizes and instructions the same in every pattern?
No. Check each listing for its language, US or UK terminology, included sizes and instructions. Photos, charts and video guidance are only included when stated for that pattern.
Payment & orders
Check the order in your account.
Where can I check my order or payment status?
Sign in to the account used at checkout and open My account → Orders. If a payment is pending or unsuccessful, download access may not yet be available.
I paid with PayPal. Where is my pattern?
PayPal handles the payment. Your pattern downloads from CrochetPages, not from the PayPal app. Once payment is confirmed and download access is available, open My account → Downloads.
Downloads
Find, save and open your PDF.
Where do I download my purchased pattern?
Sign in with the same account you used for the order, open Downloads and select the file for your pattern. If it opens in a browser tab, use the download or save option. See the full download guide for the steps.
What if my pattern is missing or the file will not open?
Check that you’re in the correct account and that payment is confirmed. For an opening problem, try the saved file in a PDF reader. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number, pattern name and any error message.
Can I read it on my phone or print it?
Yes, use a compatible PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. To print, check print preview and choose the pages you need. Keep a saved copy in an easy-to-find folder.
Account & help
Use the same account for your order and files.
Can I browse without signing in?
Yes. You can browse the catalogue without signing in. Open My account when you want to sign in, manage your orders or find your downloads.
How do I get help with an order?
Use the Contact page and describe what went wrong. Include your order number, pattern name and any error message. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Plans
What do I get with a plan?
A set number of patterns every month (35, 60 or 180), yours to keep. Pick any pattern in the shop.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from My Account. You keep everything you already downloaded.
What is the extra-pattern discount?
Once your monthly patterns are used, add 3 or more extra patterns to your cart and your plan discount (20%, 30% or 50%) comes off automatically. Not valid with coupon codes. See Plans.
